We help people with hair loss after cancer chemotherapy, offering support, advice and up to 3 free in-salon restyling sessions with our volunteer stylists across the UK.
- Available to those aged 16+ who are undergoing or have undergone chemotherapy
- Must start within 6 months of finishing treatment (exceptional circumstances considered up to 9 months)
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supporter
- Proof of treatment required (hospital appointment card/letter)

Re-Assure: We're Here to Support You
Based on your assessment, you qualify for our Re-Assure stage - advice and support service.
Your main concerns:
We can provide reassurance, advice and support to help you through this. We'll explain what may happen to your hair and scalp during treatment, discuss options like scalp cooling, wigs, and scarves, and guide you through the Hair Reborn programme.
You're Eligible for the Hair Reborn Programme!
Great news! Based on your assessment, you qualify for our full in-salon styling programme.
What happens next:
- We'll register you as a Hair Reborn Guest
- We'll match you with a partner salon near your postcode
- The salon will contact you to arrange your first visit
- You'll receive up to 3 free styling sessions: Re-Start, Re-Style, and Re-Born
Note: You'll need to provide proof of treatment (hospital appointment card/letter) before starting the programme.
We May Be Able to Help
You've completed treatment more than 6 months ago, but we can consider exceptional circumstances.
Based on your hair loss description:
Our team will review your individual circumstances and be in touch to discuss whether we can accommodate you in the programme. We'll consider factors like the severity of your hair loss and your specific needs.
In the meantime, you may also benefit from our Re-Assure support service for advice and guidance.
Alternative Support Available
Based on your assessment, you may not be eligible for the in-salon programme at this time.
Why: The programme is designed for those within 6-9 months of completing chemotherapy, as hair that has grown longer may not fit with the programme steps (Re-Start, Re-Style, Re-Born).
However, we can still support you! We've compiled resources and information about other organizations that can help.
