You know that AI provides generic advice that may not fit your needs.
You’re not quite ready to outsource or hire-in, but need smart input now.
You’ve used my Power Hours and want a boost with more flexible support.
You don’t know what you don’t know. But I do.
AI is amazing. It can speed things up. And save you money. It can tell you lots of things.
But not necessarily exactly what you need. For what you’re trying to achieve.
Right now. At the stage your business is at. And with the resource that you have.
That’s where Smart Support comes in.
An experienced Marketer at your finger tips to answer all those little questions you have
- in a way that’s tailored to your business needs.

With Smart Support, just drop me a WhatsApp message or email and, if it’s within working hours, I’ll reply with a written note or voice note before the day is out.
What’s included each month?

We’ll kick things off with a focused Power Hour to dig into your business, goals, and current challenges - so I can offer better, more relevant support as we go.
One Power Hour
Perfect for deeper dives or when a questions grows legs. You guide the focus, I guide the thinking. Note: these sessions don’t roll over each month - use it or lose it!
10% discount
Sometimes you might need a little more than a Power Hour. The good news is with Smart Support you can access all our services at less cost.

It’s likely a Smart Support question if it is:
‘Am I on the right track?’
‘Is this clear enough for someone else to action?’
‘How would you approach this?’
‘Does this make sense to you?’
You need a Power Hour or project-based service, if:
‘Can you write me a full strategy?’
‘How do I build a comprehensive marketing plan?’
‘Can you review this entire website or presentation?’
‘What’s the best approach for scaling our marketing team?’

Big, strategic decisions
If you’re wrestling with questions like ‘Should we hire a Head of Marketing?’ or ‘What should our 12-month marketing plan look like? - that’s bigger than a quick message. These kinds of conversations need space, structure, and proper time, which is exactly what my Power Hour sessions or project-based services are for.
Implementation
Smart Support is a sounding board - not a hands-on marketing team. Think of it as guidance for your DIY.
If you need someone to write your emails, manage your campaigns, or build a strategy document, that’s where my other services step in (and Smart Support subscribers can access a 10% discount).
Unlimited everything
This isn’t an all-you-can-eat buffet! It’s smart, focused support when you need a quick steer, not constant daily back-and-forth. If something feels like it’s growing into more than a quick query, I’ll flag it and we can book a Power Hour and scope out your needs properly.
Why the boundaries?
Because good advice needs context.
Because I want to stay useful, not stretched.
Because sometimes the right answer is “let’s look at this properly.
The small print
Smart Support is designed for quick wins.
Think voice note, not voice memo. If your question needs slides, spreadsheets or significant context to answer well, I’ll likely recommend a Power Hour or another service that gives us more space to explore it properly.
The first Power Hour is mandatory.
This is where I get under the skin of your business, understand your goals, and make sure the support I give is tailored, not templated. No exceptions – it’s how we make Smart Support actually smart.
Your Power Hour doesn’t roll over.
To keep momentum (and because quick answers are rarely improved by delay), your included Power Hour must be used within each monthly cycle. Use it or lose it – but I’ll always help you make it worthwhile.
Flexible support - but never flaky.
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice. If you need a break or want to pause support, we can chat.
Payment is upfront, on the 1st of each month.
Smart Support is billed in advance, with the first payment due when you join, and then monthly on the 1st. This helps keep things simple and supports my ability to offer quick-turnaround advice when you need it.
No refunds, I’m afraid.
Because this is a relationship-based service with immediate access to support, I’m not able to offer refunds once payment has been made. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, we can always have a Power Hour first to test the waters.
Let’s keep it personal, not pass-it-on.
Smart Support is for you – the person signed up. If your team has their own questions, I’m happy to chat about a wider setup or multi-seat access.
